But then there is the other part of the orientation week, brought forward to you by ESN INTO (yes, us). We are giving you a rough introduction to Finland and the Teekkari-culture. (Almost) every day of the week there will be events, including:

Finland for Dummies and Movie Night

Your first lecture at TUT - have pen and paper ready, pay good attention. To make things less painful drinks and snacks are served and afterwards we will watch a movie rich of informations about Finland.

Pubcrawl

A comprehensive list of courses (i.e. places) to attend will be given out and credits can be earned by studying the price list of beverages in detail. Work can be carried out in groups, but the final report must be handed in individually.

KumiPelausISO

The mandatory physical exercise of the orientation week, requires a good breath and no fear of dirt. Basically a team game that includes chasing after a rubber tire.

Campus Olympics

Passing the final exam of the orientation week will require teamwork, creativity and lots of other awkward things. Find a team and impress the judges by being awesome*! (*it may be helpful to recall what you learned during the Pubcrawl)

If anyhow possible, you really should attend everything during the orientation week (official and recreational part). Afterwards you may peacefully concentrate on your studies. Or so you think.
